ABOUT AMANDA YOUNG
Amanda Young grew up dancing competitively leading her to the UK Dance Team. While performing collegiately, she was introduced to the fitness industry through Pure Barre.
Her passion for dance transitioned into a passion for fitness in 2008, and she has been teaching fitness classes since that time.


AVAILABLE FITNESS CLASSES
All classes begin Aug 14th.
All classes are $5 each.

Cardio HIIT Tues 7:45 PM 1 hour

Dance Fitness Wed 7:45 PM 1 hour

Circuits Fri 6:00 PM 30 min
Core Blast Fri 6:30 PM 30 min

Cardio HIIT Sat 8:00 AM 1 hour
Dance Fitness Sat 9:00 AM 1 hour


HOW TO REGISTER
To register, text 270-535-1620.
For morning classes, register by 6 PM on the night before class.
For night classes, register by 12 PM on the day of class.




CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio HIIT
Punching, jumping, sweating, pulsing and pushing through, this class will have you feeling like a superstar!
This class combines the best of both worlds by merging high intensity interval training with muscle isolation.

** No equipment required
** Wear tennis shoes
** Mat optional

Dance Fitness
Whether it's always been a dream or a past you want to relive, Dance Fitness will satisfy your urge.
Dance moves are adjusted to be more fitness relevant to work all the right places.

** Mat and weights optional
** Wear socks

Core Blast
The name is the game! We will blast through the intricate core muscles in 30 minutes to leave you burning in all the right places.

** Mat required

Circuits
Five stations, two minutes each. Three rounds.
Thirty minutes of high intensity, fat burning, muscle building moves.
Clients have burned over 500 calories with this killer class.
